Return Policy

1. Return period
Within 30 days from the date you receive the product, you can apply for a return if you meet the return conditions. We will not be able to accept return applications after 30 days.

2. Return eligibility
Goods in good condition: The returned products must be in new condition, unused, unopened (if original packaging), and all accessories, labels, instructions, etc. are complete.

Quality issues: If the product has quality problems such as production defects or damage, you can apply for a return regardless of whether it has been opened or used. Damage caused by improper use or storage by the customer does not apply to this clause.

Special product restrictions: Some customized products and unpacked consumables (such as disposable party supplies) will not be accepted for return if there are no quality problems. Specific product restrictions will be clearly marked on the product details page.

3. Product damage and problem handling
If the product you received is damaged, misdelivered, or missing, please contact us by email at contact@lienthelp24h.com with in 48 hours after receiving the product, and attach clear photos or videos of the damage to the product. After we verify the situation, we will arrange a free return or exchange for you, or provide a partial refund. 

4. Return process
Apply for return: Please send an email to contact@lienthelp24h.com, stating the order number, reason for return, and attach photos of the product (if necessary). We will reply to your email within 1-2 working days and inform you of the return address and related instructions. 

Return the product: After receiving the return address, please use a reliable transportation method to return the product. The shipping cost of the return shall be borne by the customer; if the return is due to product quality problems, we will reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost after review.

Inspection of goods: After we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and inspect them within 3-5 working days. If the product meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated; if it does not meet the conditions, the product will be returned to the original route, and the relevant shipping costs will be borne by you.

5. Refund time limit
The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route. For orders paid by credit/debit card, the refund is usually received within 3-10 business days; for orders paid by third-party payment platforms (such as PayPal), the refund is usually received within 1-5 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment institution.
