Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Carrier Information
All orders are shipped by default using UPS, USPS, or FedEx. International orders may use DHL as a secondary carrier, depending on the destination country. Orders will be strictly shipped to the shipping address you provide during checkout. Please ensure that your address information (including address, zip code, and phone number) is accurate to avoid delivery delays or failures due to incorrect information.
The shipping country selected during checkout will directly affect the order price, currency, import taxes, delivery time, and shipping fees. Final information is subject to the real-time display on the checkout page. We will prioritize paid and approved orders in the order they are submitted. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a text message and an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking link.

2. Order Processing Time
After payment is confirmed and address verification is completed, standard orders (quantity ≤ 10 items, amount ≤ US$300) will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days. Large/bulk orders (quantity > 10 units or value > $300 USD) require an additional 1-2 business days for stock allocation and packaging.
Pre-order processing time is indicated on the product detail page (typically 3-5 business days after payment). You can monitor the processing progress in real time under "My Orders."

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight, shipping distance, and selected carrier. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout:

Standard Shipping Costs:

$5 for the first 1 kg, $2 for each additional kg;

1-2 kg: $5-8; 2-5 kg: $8-14; 5 kg and above: $14 and above, up to $30 (overweight orders will be split and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the number of packages).

Expedited Shipping:
Priority Shipping costs are 50% higher than Standard Shipping. You will receive priority stocking and delivery. You can view the exact cost by selecting "Expedited Shipping" at checkout.

4. Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated from the "package shipped date" and excludes weekends, statutory holidays, and customs clearance time:
Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
Expedited Delivery: 2-5 business days


International Delivery:
Standard Delivery: 10-14 business days
Expedited Delivery: 5-8 business days

5. Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a unique tracking number. You can check your delivery status directly via the tracking link in the email/SMS.

You can also log in to our official account and view real-time delivery progress under "My Orders - Order Details" (tracking information is synchronized with the carrier's data every 6 hours). 

Tracking information for international orders may be delayed by 1-2 days during customs clearance. This is normal and will be restored once customs clearance is complete. 6. Delivery Issue Resolution
If you experience any of the following delivery issues, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@lienthelp24h.com.

Package lost, damaged, or misdirected;
Delivery after the estimated delivery date;
Tracking information shows "Signed for," but the package has not been received.

Instructions: Please email contact@lienthelp24h.com with "Delivery Issue + Order Number" in the subject line, and include a screenshot of the order, photos of the item (if damaged), and a detailed description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours and provide a solution based on the issue (lost orders can be reissued or fully refunded; damaged items can be returned, exchanged, or partially compensated).

Note: If delivery is delayed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, or customs policy adjustments), we will promptly notify you by email and assist with logistics follow-up. We are not responsible for any additional compensation.
